Dear parents, dear visitors,
It is with immense joy that we welcome you to the official website of the Marie Immaculée Private Catholic Bilingual School Group, a nursery and primary school located in Mendong Etoug Ebe, Yaoundé, Centre Region, CAMEROON.
Our school belongs to the Community of the Conceptionist Missionary Sisters of Teaching, founded by Mother Carmen Sailles, a woman of faith and vision who devoted her life to educating children in the spirit of the Gospel.
True to her legacy, we place the child at the heart of our mission every day, combining academic excellence, personal development, and education in the Christian faith.
Under the guidance of our Head of School, Sister Rodrigo Carmen, our entire educational community (sisters, teachers, and staff) is committed to offering your children a warm, secure, bilingual (French/English) learning environment that nurtures the flourishing of their talents.
At Marie Immaculée, we believe every child is unique and deserves to be guided with patience, rigor, and love, so as to become a responsible, enlightened citizen rooted in strong values.
We invite you to browse our website to discover our educational vision, our programs, and school life. We look forward to welcoming you soon into our big family.
True to our motto "Forward, always forward, God will provide," we take pride in offering your children healthy guidance and quality education, from Petite Section to CM2 in the French-speaking section, and from Pre-Nursery to Class 6 in the English-speaking section.
French-speaking curriculum (Ps to CM2) and English-speaking curriculum (Pre-Nursery to Class 6). Our school stands out for its truly full bilingualism. Rather than a simple language introduction, we offer structured teaching where English is taught as a reinforced complement for French-speaking students, and French as a reinforced complement for English-speaking students. This unique approach allows every child, regardless of their native language, to develop real mastery of the second national language from an early age, and to grow up naturally bicultural and bilingual — a valuable asset for their academic and professional future
Cooking workshops led by students, class by class. Marie Immaculée is a pioneer in the digitalization of primary education in Cameroon. Our classrooms are equipped with interactive TVs, and our students use digital tablets for modern, participative learning. We use the international educational platform ProFuturo, recognized for its innovative teaching content, which allows our teachers to deliver interactive lessons and our students to learn differently, developing essential digital skills from a young age for the world of tomorrow.
Donations and solidarity actions for centers welcoming people with disabilities. Learning is not limited to the classroom walls. Our students regularly take part in school field trips that enrich their knowledge through discovery and hands-on experience. These carefully organized and supervised outings allow children to explore the world around them, strengthen bonds among classmates, and create memorable experiences while learning in a different way.

A child's development also happens through physical activity and play. Our school offers a rich range of sports and leisure activities, including football and basketball clubs, supervised by qualified instructors. These activities foster teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and the joy of self-improvement, while contributing to each student's physical and social development.
Marie Immaculée is a school open to all children, respecting their diversity and specific needs. Our inclusive education approach guarantees every child, whatever their difficulties or particularities, tailored support that allows them to flourish and progress at their own pace, alongside their classmates, in a caring environment that respects everyone's dignity.
We favor project-based learning that places the student at the center of their own learning. Through concrete, collaborative, and stimulating projects, our students develop their autonomy, creativity, critical thinking, and ability to solve real problems. This active method makes learning more engaging, more motivating, and gives meaning to the knowledge acquired in class.
A real-time child tracking and security system. To guarantee the safety and rigorous monitoring of every student, our school developed Carmen, a one-of-a-kind integrated digital school management system. This system enables precise tracking of student attendance, secure management of academic data (report cards, grades, rankings), and strict control of access to the school premises. Thanks to this innovation unique to Marie Immaculée, parents and administration benefit from greater transparency and peace of mind regarding each child's progress and safety.
The flourishing of every child, the acquisition of solid knowledge, and the development of their personal qualities are at the heart of our commitment. Through bilingual education, culinary arts workshops, community outreach, educational field trips, and our CARMEN security system, we guide your children toward success, in a climate of trust and dynamism.
At the Marie Immaculée Private Catholic Bilingual School Group, commitment is at the heart of our educational mission. Commitment to every child, whom we support individually in their intellectual, spiritual, and human development. Commitment from our teaching staff and personnel, trained and dedicated, who work every day with rigor and kindness. Commitment to families, with whom we build a relationship of trust and collaboration. True to the legacy of Mother Carmen Sailles and under the guidance of Sister Rodrigo Carmen, we are committed to making every child a responsible, enlightened citizen rooted in strong values.
A French-speaking curriculum from Pre-Nursery to CM2 and an English-speaking curriculum up to Class 5 and Class 6, together on the same site in Mendong Etoug Ebe.
The school belongs to the Community of the Conceptionist Missionary Sisters of Teaching, founded by Mother Carmen Sailles, who lead and inspire it.
Our CM2 pupils sit the Primary School Certificate with individual support throughout the year.
Each class in turn prepares and shares a full meal: an activity that teaches independence, effort and teamwork.
In July and August: reading, mathematics, decoration and painting, football and basketball, Spanish and computing.
Academic excellence, human formation and Christian faith education go together, in respect for every child.
